Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Pale straw yellow, silver reflections. On the nose, subtle nuances of yellow tropical fruit, hints of mandarin zest, blossom honey and physalis. Elegant on the palate, with notes of white peach, a pleasantly fresh acidic structure, mineral, light-footed and a very persistent, delicately salty finish.
