It is a wine made from the grape variety Melon de Bourgogne from the region Loire Valley in France.
Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine slate terroir impression, inviting notes of apricot, delicate biscuit and blossom honey. Juicy, light-bodied yet complex, elegant, fine fruit, subtle white peach, lemony salty finish, good freshness and length on the finish also hints of orange. It has further ageing potential.
