Medium yellow gold. Delicate notes of fresh apple peel, a subtle touch of oxidation, underlaid with fine honey, delicate hints of pears and nougat. A wine with very present acidity, yellow tropical fruit, salty minerality, possesses good potential that is not yet perfectly formed.
