Tasting Notes
Sweet almond, cherry stone, some elderflower, cherry jelly and some dried sage. Mild on the palate, then intensifying the fine-grained tannin impression to a slight astringency, well-integrated acidity, emphasized juiciness, very culinary, as a carafe wine with elegance and style, goes with grilled fish as well as veal or rabbit.
