Tasting from 24.05.2024: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicately floral, some hibiscus, nuances of violets, black cherries, candied mandarin zest underneath. Medium complexity, blackberries, cassis, somewhat brittle tannins that still need some time, mineral finish, a spicy food wine.
