Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Leafy, rather restrained nose, delicate notes of kitchen vegetables, subtle hints of cassis. Fresh, full-bodied, present tannins, clear extract sweetness, still a little edgy, good length, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
