Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicate nougat on the nose, black berry confit, elderberry, delicate notes of kitchen vegetables. Juicy, good complexity, black berry fruit, present, well-integrated tannins, chocolaty finish, sticks well, has future potential, a versatile food companion.
