Tasting from 23.05.2019: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a thin watery edge. Delicate liquorice on the nose with fresh blackberry confit, a hint of orange zest, some nougat, multi-faceted bouquet. Elegant and tightly meshed with pronounced fruit and silky, supporting tannins. A savoury finish with a salty after taste, has great length and peppery touch on the finish. This has good ageing potential.
