Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser

This has a medium greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. On the nose it is somewhat restrained, with ripe yellow fruit nuances, a hint of quince and blossom honey, with a subtle savouriness in the background. It has a medium complexity, with a gentle pineapple flavour, and a lovely caramel touch. It s clean and somewhat broad meshed, and it offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
