Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.05.2011

Delicate, shiny straw yellow. Complex nose of tropical fruits, especially pineapple and melon, vanilla and butter. The wine is very rich and creamy on the palate, with Chardonnay dominating and Viognier taking a back seat. It has a pleasantly present acidity at the back. Clear mineral notes on the finish, long aftertaste. Perfect with salad, Lebanese starters and fish.
