Tasting from 26.05.2011

Deep dark purple red. Lush jam and cassis aromas emerge from the glass, accompanied by ethereal nuances, eucalyptus, vanilla, some paprika, pepper and roasted aromas. The wine also develops very powerfully on the palate, with dark berries, cloves and dark chocolate. The generous but deliberate use of wood ensures well-integrated tannins and roasted aromas in the finish. Perfect with red meat or on its own. Kefraya's great growth can easily be stored for another ten years, but is already a wine that turns evenings into a celebration.
