Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Raspberry and sweet almond on the nose, medium-bodied on the palate, but ripe and harmonious in all components, grippy tannins in a very restrained dose, lots of juice and also a little chalky minerality, a wine prepared with a good sense of proportion, not excessively light, but still on the elegant side of the style spectrum - and a good realization of the vintage.
