Tasting Notes

93 - 95
Tasting from 26.05.2011

Very dark ruby-garnet in colour with purple reflections. The nose shows very fine black cherries, sweet spice, some liquorice and nougat. The palate is juicy, very elegant and full of finesse, with delicate wild berry fruit and some roasted aromas. There's great balance and minerality, with ripe blackberry notes to the aftertaste. Better than it has been for a long time! 100 % Merlot to the fore.
