Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Salmon pink. Red berryish fragrance, very clear and tidy, fresh. Balanced and rounded palate with a mildness and even sweetness to the fruit, ripe but well-supporting acidity, measured alcohol, the compact texture and light yeast note shows the youthfulness of the wine; an already accessible rosé for all seasons.
