Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Granny Smith apple, yeast and ground rock on the nose, whilst also slightly floral and savoury aromas such as star anise emerge. On the palate it's silkily textured, full, round and ripe, but sufficiently fresh acidity. The palate finishes on spice and mineral notes with very good length.
