Tasting Notes

90 - 92
Tasting from 04.05.2007

Strong ruby garnet, violet rim brightening. Fine plum fruit on the nose, somewhat mineral, hints of dark chocolate. Sweet roasted plums on the palate, firm tannins, but also a lively acid structure, not quite in balance yet, but quite opulent for this year, sweet nougat finish, very promising.
