Tasting Notes

95 - 97
Tasting from 26.05.2011

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections. Dark berry confit in the background with dark chocolate, blackberry and cassis, fine notes of oak and herbal spices. Silky-elegant texture, finesse-rich structure, blackcurrant dominates the palate, mineral and very good persistence, dancing freshness, already very well in harmony, promising future certain ageing potential.
