Tasting Notes
Noble wood, some vanilla, speculoos, nutty. Behind this, floral and spicy notes, still quite closed except for a spicy Sauvignon note. Ambitious on the palate: very dense, full-bodied, taut acidity, also noticeably influenced by barrique, currently still in the embryonic stage - but undoubtedly has great potential to develop spicy richness. It comes across as more austere and sparse than a Pessac-Léognan.
