Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. A hint of nougat, blackberry confit, a hint of liquorice and vanilla. Good complexity, ripe cherry, nuances of plum, fine acidity, mineral, salty, balanced, delicate sweetness on the finish, a full-bodied companion at the table.
