Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Dark berry confit with delicate vegetal undertones on the nose, a hint of dried plums, fresh orange zest, some nougat. Powerful, peppery blackberry notes, good extract sweetness, full-bodied and persistent, somewhat rustic overall, yet a very good food companion with ageing potential.
