Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Ethereal nose of mint, cassis, citrus peel and eucalyptus. Powerful tannins on the palate, somewhat brittle, bitter chocolate, somewhat unbalanced, still a little dry on the finish, still needs some bottle ageing.
