Tasting from 15.06.2020: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Fine wood savouriness, delicate graphite, black berry fruit and dark cherry, a hint of cassis and mandarin zest. Medium body, red cherry, some liquorice, ripe tannins, freshly structured, salty finish, a stimulating food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
