Tasting from 25.11.2025: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A dark carmine red, with purple hues, a subtle brightening on the rim. Subtle liquorice and tobacco notes, red forest berries, fresh cherries, a hint of nougat. Juicy, elegant and fresh, ripe tannins, red berry fruit in the mineral dominant aftertaste, a finesse-rich, lively food companion, already drinking well, good ageing potential.
