Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, black core, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. An aroma with dark forest berries, a hint of herbs, soft notions of damsons followed by a chocolate touch. Succulent, medium complexity, firm, blackberry nuances, some orange zest, and nougat nuanced reverberations. A powerful finish, lovely supper companion.
