Very dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. With a delicate coconut touch, ripe cassis, a hint of Earl Grey, multi-faceted bouquet. Elegant, fine black berry fruit, finely structured, pleasant tannins, mineral nuances, subtle nougat in the finish, very balanced, the wood is well integrated, good future potential (600 bottles of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, special bottling with star sommelier Hendrik Thoma).
