Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Tobacco, black berry fruit, some liquorice and dark cherry, fine hint of orange zest, cassis and floral nuances. Full-bodied, elegant, ripe heart cherry, fresh structure, mineral, taut, shows a pronounced saltiness, fine sweetness on the finish, already well developed, delicate, good length, will benefit from bottle ageing.
