Tasting Notes

93 - 95
Tasting from 26.05.2011

Very dark ruby garnet with purple reflections. The nose shows a dark minerality, a hint of cedar and graphite and black berries, a very attractive bouquet highlighted with a hint of grapefruit. The palate is full-bodied and built on black berry fruit and a taut, tight texture. There's some coconut and a fresh acidity on show, with some fine herbal savouriness in the finish.
