Tasting Notes
Deep crimson with ochre reflections and broad rim brightening. Delicate caramel underlay with nuances of dried figs, which tell of the hot vintage, nuances of strawberry confit and pickled cherry, delicate hints of Turkish honey and chamomile, very multifaceted and inviting, some cedar and Havana tobacco. Juicy, elegant body, silky and sweet texture, round tannins, almost creamy on the finish, lingers very long, fine herbal savouriness and nougat on the finish, but does not miss the freshness given by the terroir.
