Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.08.2006

Very dark, almost opaque. Brettanomyces on the nose, animal nuances in the foreground, roasted aromas, orange peel. Full-bodied, powerful on the palate, fine extract sweetness, well balanced, pleasant nougat touch, firm tannins, spicy and long, very good ageing potential. Sweet heart cherries on the finish.
