Tasting from 16.02.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, broad watery rim. Fine oak savouriness, some vanilla, ripe heart cherry fruit with mineral undertones, delicate hints of liquorice and herbs. Juicy, elegant and very balanced, red cherry, fine tannins, good freshness, salty on the finish, lingers for a long time, already very seductive, with good certain ageing potential.

Dark ruby, opaque core, violet tints, delicate bright rim. Fine plum note, black cherries, delicate blueberries and noble wood. Juicy, round and sweet extract, fine tannins, good freshness, mineral, elegant and fresh structure, delicate nutty touch on the finish, good length, a sturdy food match with ageing potential.
