Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

A very light pastel colour. Damp stone fragrance, blotting paper and subtle red berry fruit. Balanced on the palate, intense substance on a soft background, strong alcohol, well-integrated acidity, a slight mineral tinge is also noticeable. The finish oscillates between juiciness and substance. A versatile wine suitable for aperitifs as well as fresh summery cuisine.
