Tasting from 13.03.2023: Peter Moser

Very pale golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, hints of lemon balm, some verbena, white berries and apple underpinned by delicate herbal notes. The palate is juicy, with fine fruit expression, a touch of pear, discreetly mineral with some blossom honey on the finish. Already very easy to drink.
