Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet colour with opaque core and purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fresh cherries, a touch of noble oak, nuances of blackberries and blueberries, attractive bouquet. Taut, red cherry, tight-knit, mineral and persistent, shows freshness and length, salty finish, a multi-faceted food wine with certain ageing potential.
