The red wine Cahors AOC L'Elégance, vintage 2007 from the winery Château Nozières has been rated in 2011 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Malbec from the region Cahors in France.
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Fine sweet spicy notes on the nose, underlaid with dark berry fruit, touch of precious wood, delicate cardamom. Juicy, fresh heart cherries, some gingerbread, round tannins, the acidity is well buffered, medium length, sour cherry confit in the finish.
