Light amber. Highly complex bouquet with an intense aroma of apricots, figs, honey, gingerbread and herbs, but also damp tobacco. Viscous, slightly oily, has depth, somewhat green acidity, subtle sweetness, combined with nuts and almonds, very youthful. Has a future for decades, a wine for the next millennium, certain ageing potential. (MS).
