Bright but glowing amber. Shows a thick, oily consistency as soon as it is poured, flows sluggishly into the glass. Smells of fresh baked goods, still a clear yeasty note, quince, apricot, roasted apple peel. Shows incredible acidity that completely neutralises the sweetness, cod liver oil aroma on the palate, lots of concentrated apricot confit, a long finish that never ends. (MS).
