Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter
Very spicy on the nose, dandelion blossom, some high ripeness, ground hazelnut, and a buttery character. Silky, mellow and round on the palate, a slight sweetness lies over everything, the acidity continues into a long finish, in which an overripe medicinal spiciness appears, and unfortunately the alcohol also becomes noticeable.
