Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Somewhat restrained, dark fruit of the forest, plus liquorice, some cassis, some dried plum in the background. Complex, pronounced fruit, very fine tannins that are wonderfully integrated, fresh and persistent, fine nougat, overall still somewhat restrained, it has a great promising future.

Inviting dark berries, elderberry, cedar, fine essential oils, seductive young wine bouquet, very multi-faceted. Juicy, fresh, wonderful extract sweetness, does not appear overloaded, full of finesse, chocolaty finish, fine roasted aromas, wonderful cherry fruit on the finish, Vin de Garde.
