Tasting from 07.05.2008

Strong ruby garnet, violet rim brightening. Juicy dark berry confit on the nose, some roasted plums, fine smoky nuances, very attractive, mature bouquet. Full-bodied on the palate, carried by a fresh, animating acidity, chocolaty texture, sour cherries in the finish, extract-sweet aftertaste, delicate bitter chocolate aftertaste.
