Tasting from 01.01.2025: Peter Moser

A deep ruby red, with purple hues, a light ochre rim. Subtle roasted aromas, dark forest berries, ripe cherries, a hint of nougat. Complex, tightly woven, ripe cherries, a fresh acidity, ripe, structured tannins, mineral and well adhering, lively, good with food, still needs further bottle ageing. (25/1, +20, PM).
