Tasting from 18.02.2022: Peter Moser

Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Delicate hints of nougat and caramel, fresh cherries, candied orange zest. Taut, tightly woven, fine fruit sweetness, firm tannins, salty minerality, fresh and persistent, has certain ageing potential to grow-up, delicately vegetal on the finish.

More about the tasting

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening, drop-like nuances, some sweet and sour in the bouquet, a hint of dried fruit, in a word: oxidative notes. Lively on the palate, fresh and cherries, firm tannins, mineral and animating to drink, with good length and promising. A little Jekyll and Hyde.
