Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep ruby-garnet, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Fragrantly fine savoury tobacco nuances followed by a little herbaceousness, and fruit of the forest berries underpinned by candied orange peel. Juicy, medium complexity, succulent, integrated tannic structure, savouriness accentuated by a cassis touch, and savoury wood reverberations. A good food accompaniment.
