Tasting from 09.10.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Smoky, roasted aroma, tar, cinchona bark, coconut, little fruit. Soft attack, very juicy, mealy tannins in a rather carefully extracted quantity, well-integrated acidity, a Bordeaux that is completely geared towards the delicacy of the palate structure, although the aroma is very strongly influenced by wood.
