Tasting Notes
Pastel colours. Redcurrant, rosehip and damp stone with a balsamic undertow. Pervasive freshness on the palate, vibrant, cool but at the same time also generous and broad. Supple core, lots of extract, all underpinned by ultra-pure, intense fruit. Deeply mineral on the tactile finish. Rosé doesn't get much better than this.
