Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

"Grey" in colour with very bright orange reflections. Nutty on the nose, bramble, sour cherry and cranberry. Not very open, but already complex. Dense, full-bodied, supple on the palate, firm acidity, a very substantial structure, mealy phenolics, tense and fresh, dry and very long-lasting. A vin de garde!
