The white wine Château Saint-Hilaire, vintage 2024 from the winery Château Saint Hilaire has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Bordeaux Blanc
Confident and with a mineral core, it is a very classic Graves Blanc. On the nose, nectarine, gooseberry, lime, sage, spruce shoots, plus buttered toast and beeswax. Taut and structured on the palate, with a fresh acidity and intense preserved lemon flavours, balanced by a juicy fruit texture. With only 12.5% alcohol, it remains light-footed without losing any depth.
