Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening, dark berry confit with smoky and spicy undertones, ripe plums, a hint of raisins in the background. Juicy, cherry, fresh structure, well-integrated tannins, delicate nougat, also a fine dried fruit component on the finish, delicately vegetal in the finale, shows traces of a certain overripeness, perhaps harvested a touch too late.
