Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.04.2026: Peter Moser

Deep, dark ruby-garnet, opaque at the centre, with violet highlights and a delicate lightening at the rim. Plum and wild cherry, accompanied by pronounced floral and distinctly peppery aromas. On the palate, suppleness and body are closely intertwined; the acidity is ripe but well-structured, the minerality is present, and the tannins possess an almost fleshy vigour, yet appear ripe and have scarcely any dry undertones. The compact finish suggests great potential. (U.S.)
