Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine spicy nuances, vanilla notes, ripe peach, pineapple, a hint of mint and lemon balm. Juicy, elegant and balanced, fine white stone fruit, has finesse yet is richly structured, mineral, salty, white pepper on the finish, light-footed and well-balanced. Well worth keeping for a few years. .
