Tasting from 03.09.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Lime peel and discreet notes of tire in the bouquet, which are often advertised as "crispy" in the New World. Perceptions differ somewhat here. However, we want to be conciliatory and praise the graceful ripeness of this Riesling, which is reminiscent of grapefruit and curry herb. Fine, tart character on the palate with juicy apricot and apple fruit and discreetly salty notes on the finish. A complex wine that is wonderfully enhanced by its salty minerality. Great.
